European Researchers' Night at Lisbon 2017

The European Researchers' Night is a science dissemination initiative within the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (Horizon 2020). It is a Europe wide public and open event that happens the same night in all the European countries that participate. This event aims to raise awareness about science developments, dispel stereotypes about researchers and attract young people to take up a research career in the future.

M. Alonso-Garcia participated in the activity "Little children's Sea" organised by IPMA at the European Researchers' Night in Lisbon (Noite Europeia dos Indestigadores). In this activity the scientist were playing board games with the children in which they learnt about ocean's fauna, how to take care of the sea and the environment, and about ocean sustainability.
